How to organize agency clients in Metrix
Group ad accounts by Client, filter the dashboard and generate reports with each one's own branding.
If you manage ad accounts for several advertisers, a Client in Metrix is a grouping of accounts within your own workspace. It lets you separate each advertiser's spend and results without having to manage separate workspaces.
- 1
Create a Client
From the Clients section, give the new client a name so you can identify it within your workspace. - 2
Assign accounts to it
Add the connected ad accounts that belong to that client. You can assign each account to as many Clients as you need. - 3
Filter the dashboard by Client
Use the sidebar selector to view the whole Command Center scoped to that Client's accounts only, without mixing in data from other advertisers.metrix.app / sidebarAllAcme RetailNova Fitness

White-label reports
Reports you generate for a Client can carry your own branding: a logo and identifying text configurable per Client, so what you share with each advertiser looks polished and reflects your agency's identity.
Can the client log in to Metrix with their own account?
Not in this version. A Client is a grouping of accounts within your workspace, not a user or a separate login. If the client needs to see their data, you share it with them through the white-label reports.
