How data sync works in Metrix

Periodic and manual sync, connection statuses and what to do when an integration needs attention.

Every integration syncs on its own periodically, so your dashboard stays up to date without you having to do anything. If you need fresher data right away, you can also trigger a manual sync per integration.

  1. 1

    Check each integration's status

On the integrations screen you'll see, for each connected account, whether it's Connected (with the last sync time), needs Reconnection, or has a Permissions error.

  2. 2

    Trigger a manual sync

Tap the manual sync button on the integration you want to update. Use it when you need to confirm a recent change without waiting for the next automatic cycle.

There's a limit on manual syncs per minute

To avoid overloading the provider's API, manual syncs have a limit on how many you can trigger per minute. If you hit it, wait a moment before trying again.
