How to understand the Metrix dashboard

What the Command Center shows, how to filter it and what each KPI you'll see there means.

The Command Center is the starting point for checking how your campaigns are performing: it brings together spend and results from all your connected platforms in one place, with filters to view the whole business or focus on a single account.

KPI glossary

  • Spend: total amount invested for the selected period and filters.
  • ROAS: return on ad spend, the conversion value divided by the spend.
  • CPA: average cost per conversion achieved.
  • CTR: percentage of clicks over impressions shown.
  • CPM: cost per thousand impressions.
  • Conversions: the total number of results (purchases, leads or another configured goal) recorded in the period.
Why do my numbers differ slightly from the platform's own Ads Manager?
Differences usually come from two factors: the attribution window each platform uses to assign a conversion to a click or impression, and the different times when Metrix and the original Ads Manager consolidate data. These are minor variations and show up more during the last few hours of the day.
How often does the dashboard update?
Data updates on a periodic sync, not second-by-second in real time. You can check each integration's last sync time and trigger a manual one from the sync status screen if you need fresher data.
