How to connect Meta Ads in Metrix
Authorize read-only access to your ad accounts and start seeing campaigns, creatives and budgets.
Connecting Meta Ads gives Metrix read-only access to your ad accounts. Once connected, you'll see campaign metrics, creative-level performance and each account's budget, all updated alongside your other platforms.
Requirements
- A Facebook account with access to the ad account you want to connect.
- The ads_read permission (read access to campaigns and metrics) is requested automatically during the Facebook login; there's nothing to configure beforehand.
- If the ad account belongs to a business, your user needs an assigned role in the corresponding Business Manager.

Use the right Facebook account
Authorize with the Facebook user that has access to the ad accounts you want to monitor. If you use an account without that access, the connection completes but you won't have any ad account to choose from.
If something goes wrong during authorization or you don't see your accounts after connecting, check the Meta Ads connection errors guide.
